There is also a significantly less dangerous alternative to smoking which you can use to help you quit. But remember that quitting isn’t nearly as easy as some people ensure it is out to be. You will most probably experience withdrawal symptoms for the initial few days once you quit, but they shouldn’t be too difficult to take care of.
